In this week-long camp, we will spark our student's imaginations and foster their creativity as they design, create and iterate their very own arcade game prototypes! Campers will also learn how to code using Blocks and Java script to create their very own wearable tech using the BBC Micro:Bit. These powerful devices are small, and wearable! They feature LED displays, an accelerometer, compass, and so much more! Just let your immaginations runs wild when using these Microbits, whether they make a classic game like skiball or pinball, with a Micro:Bit score board or make a game of their own design, students will have fun as they learn how to make sounds, and add movement and/or lights to their inventions.

This camp is perfect for campers that want to be Creators. Campers and their parents will be amazed what will be accomplish at the end of this exciting, hand-on week of Art/Tech Maker Extravaganza!

*This camp is reccomended for kids entering into Grade 4 and up

Extended Pick-up Option: Need to pick up your campers later than 3:30? No problem! We now offer extended care from 3:30-4:30 for $10.00 daily. Cash only please! Receipts provided upon payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy helps us accommodate your needs while giving us sufficient time to fill open spots. Please provide written notice (send an email to information@stemlearninglab.com) should you need to withdraw from one of our programs.

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 100% refund: 30 (or more) business days before first class
• 50% refund: 15-29 business days before first class
• No refund: 14 (or less) business days before first class
