ABSTRACT: This webinar will provide an introduction to the use of patient- and family-reported outcomes and experience measures and will report on a collaborative research-practice partnership that seeks to bring the quality of life (QOL) concerns and health care experiences of some of society's sickest members, and their family caregivers, to the forefront of care through the use of an electronic QOL Assessment and Practice Support System (QPSS).
