Refund Policy: In case you need to cancel or change your registration: Substitutions and cancellations can be made for individual registrations up to seven (7) days before the conference start date, as long as the registered pass has not already been accessed through the platform. If the pass has not been accessed, the price paid for the ticket will be refunded minus a processing fee of $25.
