Gluten-Free Bread Making!

Do you miss eating fresh bread? If so, join us for a gluten-free bread making class where you will learn how easy it can be to make healthy and delicious gluten free breads in your own home!
Below is a list of the breads that you will learn to make. None of the breads contain xanthan gum or guar gum. We will be using natural binding agents such as psyllium husk, chia seeds and flax meal.
Please come hungry as you will get to build your own sandwich and sample all the products as they are prepared!
1. Gluten-free sandwich bread (egg free, dairy free)-- can be made into several varieties (cinnamon raisin, rosemary and garlic, seed bread, etc). Each participant will get to make their own loaf during the class.
2. Gluten-free all-purpose dough (egg free, dairy free) -- Great for dinner rolls, cinnamon buns, baguettes, pizza crust and more!
3. Gluten-free pliable wraps - (egg free, dairy free) made with coconut flour - healthy and delicious!
4. Grain-free naan bread - made with coconut flour - tastes so good you won't even know it's gluten-free!
In addition to tasting the breads throughout the class, you will get to take home samples of each item.
