Event description
Join us in celebrating GNN's official 1st year - and the marvellous GNN members greening neighbourhoods across Toronto & GTA!

About this event

On SATURDAY, MAY 15th at 3pm, join us in celebrating Green Neighbours Network (GNN)'s 1st year as an official non-profit organization, hear about GNN's vision and plans for the exciting year ahead, and help celebrate our amazing members and volunteers.

At the event, you will meet GNN's wonderful volunteers, and celebrate GNN's marvellous members - the individuals, groups, and partners whose passion and energy are making neighbourhoods across the City of Toronto and the GTA greener, healthier, and more sustainable every day.

Hear from some of our exciting member group leaders; learn how their groups started, how they overcame challenges, and about the projects they have underway.

The GNN Member Celebration is a virtual event. You will receive the Zoom link in an email closer to the date so you can join the event online.

Everyone is welcome. No membership required. But why not sign yourself up - it's easy and it's free!

3.00 pm - 4.30 pm - You'll meet the GNN team, hear about our renewed vision and plans for the exciting year ahead, and celebrate and learn from some of GNN's fabulous member group leaders.

4.30 pm - 5.00 pm - We invite you to stay for an informal Mix and Mingle - a chance for informal conversation with other GNN members like yourselves.

This event will be the historic moment when GNN’s brand-new bylaws and new Board of Directors are revealed - be there when it happens!

See you at the celebration!
