After lunch it's Cheesemaking with Goat's Milk, with Chera Gunter Renouf (Cheeseneeds.com). In this class learn how to make Drunken Goat's cheese and Halloumi (traditional Cypriot cheese). $100 1 pm - 5 pm.

Get into day 2 with Sharon Lamontagne from Dogwood Ridge Soap, for a wonderful goat milk soap making workshop. Space is limited to 10 participants. Register early. $75, 9 am - 12 pm

Finally join us Sunday afternoon for a Scrapie presentation presented by staff from National Scrapie Canada. This presentation is open to both Sheep and Goat owners. $15, 1 pm - 5 pm.
