This ballet has long been acclaimed for its virtuoso dancing and the famously bravura and breath taking grand pas de deux. Don Quixote is one of Marius Petipa's much-loved 19th-century classics - its story is drawn from Miguel de Cervantes's classic novel and set to Ludwig Minkus's score. Under the direction of Chan Hon Goh, Don Quixote - The Wedding Celebration, brings the sunshine of Spain and the exuberance of the entire Studio to the stage. Original choreography captures warmth, charm and entertainment in this energetic and witty ballet, complemented by characterful, artistic backdrops featuring Spain's most legendary painters. Appearances by award-winning dancers from international competitions.
