Description

A TRAINING TO TAKE YOU INTO YOUR FUTURE

What if organizations were equally skilled at caring for humans and doing good business ? What if personal leadership was the key to unlock our organizational potential and innovative capacity ? What if we began looking at our organizations as leverage spaces to impact our world ?

Going Horizontal training is built on the seven domains of practice codified in the book Going Horizontal, by Samantha Slade, one of the facilitators of this training. This training is directed at conscious entrepreneurs, employees, managers, students, and consultants who want to clarify and strengthen the way you bring more horizontal practices into your organizations and groups.

We are living strange times that invite us to juggle with more awareness both the vertical and horizontal leadership paradigms. Our planet is showing its physical constraints, inviting our courage and creativity. If you see the traditional organizational model is broken but get stuck moving forward, this training is for you.

IN THIS TRAINING YOU WILL LEARN AND PRACTICE

  • How to use Autonomy to boost accountability.
  • How to use Purpose as a compass that unlocks coordinated action and non-hierarchy.
  • How to organise and host Meetings that are effective, engaging, and co-created at their core.
  • How to work with Transparency as a practice of innovation and a basis for trust.
  • How to find the right Decision-Making methodologies appropriate for different scenarios in your groups, organisation, and teams.
  • How to work with Relationships & Conflict as a tool for growth and learning, and enhance team cohesion.
  • How to build a Personal Toolkit of practices for your life and work.

Meet your allies in this work: the people and organizations who are as committed as you are to work and live non-hierarchically.

Join a growing international community engaging in changing the modus operandi of our organizations, starting with ourselves and the rituals and routines we bring to our work.
