Attend a FREE hands-on workshop and dinner for local child care operators and staff sponsored by Healthy Kids Community Challenge Aurora. Navigate the nutrition recommendations, and learn how to create an engaging and supportive environment for children to explore the colourful world of healthy eating. Register to hold your spot!

PRESENTERS:

Rachel Morgan, MPH, RD
Registered Dietitian, York Region Public Health

Rachel has been working in public health for over five years in a variety of roles. Currently her work focuses on creating healthy feeding relationships in the early years from reproductive health up to preschoolers in York Region.

Janet Nezon, BSc, MHSc
Founder and Program Director, Rainbow Plate

Janet is a seasoned educator and the founder of Rainbow Plate; an organization with a mission to make healthy eating simple and fun. Her colourful, hands-on workshops and presentations have inspired thousands of children and adults across the GTA.
