Good Cheer Sound Bath

On December 18th we are adding a touch of holiday cheer to our evening by offering a "Good Cheer Sound Bath".

Hosted in a dark room amid astral visuals we will serve a nervine tea that helps support your nervous system followed by a relaxing sound healing session of Crystal Singing Bowl, Ocean Drum & Ting Sha frequencies.

This event differs from our usual Astral Sound Bath in 3 ways.

1. We are welcoming the comfiest holiday attire, your best Christmas PJs, sweats, big sweaters, robes, slippers or come as you are!

2. When you purchase a ticket for the Good Cheer Sound Bath on December 18th, 25% of it's sale will be donated to the Calgary Food Bank & Be the Change YYC.

3. We will be collecting items for the Calgary Food Bank & Be the Change YYC (see lists below). For every item you donate, you will get 1 entry into a draw for 2 tickets to our Astral Sound Bath on January 15th!

Who exactly receives the donations and what do they need?

The Calgary Food Bank is the first line of emergency food support for families and individuals facing crisis

Calgary Food Bank top donation needs are:

Baby food Stage 3

Canned Meats

Canned Beans

Gluten Free items

Be The Change YYC is a homeless street outreach team. They walk the streets/back-alleys of Calgary, on foot. They hand out essential supplies, harm reduction supplies, resource guides, and referrals to help individuals experiencing homelessness access resources to end the cycle of homelessness.

Hand warmers

Gloves

Toques

Socks

Hygiene Products- Female too!

Granola Bars/ Easy to keep packed food
