We are officially SOLD OUT!
Please join April and Baljit and more amazing business owners to celebrate Serendipity Tea Party's 6th year anniversary for our networking event: "Good In The Hood". As well, we are presenting our first fundraiser to launch the Granola Girl Foundation!
The Granola Girl Foundation is a fundraising platform to provide scholarships for kids to attend summer camps with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Girl Empowerment. We are partnering with Startup Skool (Kim Cope) and Sole Girls (Ashley Wiles) to be the recipients of 4 scholarships to award to kids who are a perfect fit for their camps yet who may not be able to afford it. We invite the founders of these organizations along with beaYOUtiful and Girl CODE to share more about their programs and how they cultivate positive self-esteem among these creative kids!
Be ready to mix and mingle at The Aviary with Vancouver's finest, high-integrity heart-led entrepreneurs since you know exactly what heart-based networking is all about. "When you connect with someone else, you connect with yourself. Talking with another person, communicating with a mind outside of your own mind puts you in touch with the part of your Self that is bigger than your mind, larger than your thoughts. That's because the act of CONNECTING with another pulls you out of your ongoing internal dialogue and into an external one.
In an external dialogue, another person can bring you fresh energy, provide a different perspective. They can come to the subject with a clear head, free of the self judgement through which you are looking at everything. They see YOU as you really are, proving the irony that sometimes you have to get out of yourself to get into yourself. Sometimes you have to stop looking at yourself to see yourself."
-Neale Donald Walsh, When Everything Changes, Change Everything.
