Join us for our next Yoga & Meditation workshop with Kushok and Michelle. Gratitude, the quality of being thankful, holds an essential place in both meditation and yoga practice. In yoga, being thankful for whatever capacity our body is able to offer can bring about greater peace with our physical practice as it changes day to day. In meditation, having a mind that experiences gratitude can lead to greater daily joy and a wish to repay the kindness of others. Throughout this workshop Kushok and Michelle will lead you in physical and meditative practices to explore gratitude.
Your investment for this full day workshop, including a healthy and nutritious lunch, is $95 if you are registering for November 5 or a discounted rate of $170 total ($85 per workshop) if you sign up for both the November 5 and December 3 (Being Present) workshops.
