About this Event
Losing someone we love is one of the toughest things we’ll face in life, but you don’t have to do it alone. We are here for you and we welcome you to join in community as you navigate this journey of grief. GriefShare is a 13-session program designed to help you process and understand your grief in comfort and safety of those who are walking the same path.
*In-Person class option will be limited to 15 people Zoom Option will be available as well
*While these sessions are free, there is a $35.00 fee for the accompanying workbook, which will be made available during the first meeting on Thursday, January 28th.

We are following the AHS guidelines for all in-person gatherings. Please take a moment to ask yourself the following questions before signing up to gather with us. If you answer yes to any of these questions, please stay home and worship with us online.
- Do you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, or any symptoms listed in the AHS Daily Checklist? Have you been in contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days? If you answered yes, please stay home and fill out Alberta's self assessment here.
- Have you been tested and are awaiting test results? Please join us online until your results are negative.
- Have you traveled internationally in the last 14 days? Follow AHS Travel Restrictions.
Are you high-risk for Covid-19 (have a compromised immune system, have a health condition, or 65+)? Take this Risk Severity Assessment to assess your risk level and determine whether or not you feel comfortable to attend in person.
