CHRISTI PIT PARK, FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY AND AUGOST!

GROUND FLOW is an outdoor movement class inspired by Yiming Cai and Grillo’s Camacho training practice, built from Contemporary dance, Floor acrobatics, Capoeira, Boxing, Parkour and their love for training outdoors in the summers.

GROUND FLOW is directed to movers and professional dancers, the workshops are focused on the development of techniques that will build more comfort towards understanding floor acrobatics in dance. GROUND FLOW will also introduce basic boxing and parkour movement to expand the range of training and conditioning the body to be functional and responsive.

You will explore the capacity of your body and mind, through guided physical movement that will condition you towards adapting to different situations as well as exploring the possibilities of moving outside.

Please be aware that COSE follows the government direction in terms of COVID 19, as well as weather condition

The Collective of Scenic Exchange (COSE) is a  PLATFORM for artistic collaboration, with the vision of creating cooperative art that allows a dialogue and coexistence with those involved.
