Group Business Coaching - Sessions #1-4
Business coaching has become wildly popular and an essential tool for those who want to really excel in their careers. However, not everyone can afford one-on-one business coaching. Group coaching is a great way to get all the benefits of business coaching at a fraction of the price of a one-on-one program. Some of the benefits of coaching include:
- Get results. Improve productivity, profit, and accelerate your career.
- Gain clarity - about yourself, how others perceive you, where you can improve.
- Gain clarity - on your values, mission, and beliefs to foster deep and strong conviction.
- Increased Action - get things done faster by having someone hold you accountable.
- Support and Encouragement - gain confidence, learn to make bold moves, and have someone provide encouragement and direction.
- Improve Specific Skills - including time management, delegation, conflict management, team building, and communication.

TALENT INSIGHTS DEBRIEF:
Combining both behaviors (DISC) and driving forces (motivators), this is an integrated report that explains the how and the why behind our actions. Talent Insights examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job and the driving forces (motivators) that drive them. DISC is the most widely used behavioral assessment tool, measuring four behavioral styles: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. DISC measures how a person behaves. 12 Driving Forces™ (Motivators) unlocks the why behind an individual’s actions, showcasing what drives their behavior.
