Growing Healthy Kids: A 4-Week Workshop Series
Overview
How do I get my baby crawling or rolling?
What can I do to encourage healthy movement in my child?
How do I use my baby carrier in the best way for their growing spines?
How can I create the healthiest sleep routines?
These are questions parents ask us all the time. In this 4-week series, Dr. Shawna Dingman, owner of Elevate Women's Health Centre, will help you learn and understand your little ones' growth and developmental needs so you can create the best environment for healthy, happy kids.
Dr. Dingman has been in practice for over 25 years and has focused her chiropractic practice on the care of women, children and babies. She is also the mother of 3 young adult kids, so she understands the questions parents have around raising the healthiest kids on the planet!
Growing Healthy Kids begins Tuesday January 13, 2026 and will continue every Tuesday afternoon until February 3. Cost is $50, which allows you to attend all 4 weeks. We cannot prorate fee for weeks not attended.
