On November 18, join Paul Tobias of Bloomfield's Agrarian and Lee Thomas Baker of acclaimed Keint-He Winery and Vineyards for the second dinner in Loyalist College’s Guest Chef & County Winemaker series.
This unique event is comprised of three courses featuring a local chef and a Prince Edward County winemaker.
The concept behind each Guest Chef & County Winemaker dinner is to have the chef write a three-course menu that will be prepared by Loyalist Culinary students and be executed with the Guest Chef in the kitchen on the evening of the event, supported by our faculty.
Tickets are $50 [including tax and processing]. You will receive a three course meal, and two wine pairings. There is also an option to purchase an additional glass or bottle. The dinner will take place in Resto 213 at Loyalist College.
Tickets may be refunded seven days prior to the event. Within seven days, transfers are acceptable.
