Join Miriam for guided meditation and experience silent self-reflection, and the benefits of meditating in community with others. Each 4-week guided meditation series explores a unique theme, while providing a safe and comfortable space within which to move from activity to stillness.
Registration is available through Eventbrite for the Opening Series, the Inquiry Series, and the Explore Series. Note: these series can be completed in any order.
EXPLORE SERIES (Wednesdays: May 3, 10, 17, 24)
Week One: Breath Intensive Meditation
- Explore breathing practices to energize, restore, heal, and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
Week Two: Music and Mantra Meditation
- Allow music and mantra to resonate with the deepest aspects of your being.
Week Three: Chakra Meditation
- Discover how to easily connect to and open the seven main energy centers in the body through which energy is understood to flow and influence wellbeing emotionally, physically, and mentally.
Week Four: Soul Awareness Meditation
- Probe your awareness and accept your soul’s invitation to take you on a journey to the stillness and silence within.
Meditation chairs, props and blankets are provided. Dress comfortably, and allow yourself time to settle in silence prior to the beginning of the class.
Doors open at 6:45pm and meditation begins at 7:00pm.
