Guided Meditation: INQUIRY SERIES

Join Miriam for guided meditation and experience silent self-reflection, and the benefits of meditating in community with others. Each 4-week guided meditation series explores a unique theme, while providing a safe and comfortable space within which to move from activity to stillness.
Registration is available through Eventbrite for the Opening Series, the Inquiry Series, and the Explore Series. Note: these series can be completed in any order.
INQUIRY SERIES (Wednesdays: April, 5, 12, 19, 26)
Week One: Soul of Healing Meditation
- Foster a connection to your source of wellbeing and healing through this body awareness meditation.
Week Two: Intentions and Desires Meditation
- As you access the deepest aspects of your being, plant the seeds of your intentions and desires.
Week Three: Dharma Meditation
- Established in stillness, awaken to and connect with your soul’s purpose.
Week Four: Gratitude Meditation
- Experience the many benefits of gratitude, at the level of the mind, body, and spirit.
Meditation chairs, props and blankets are provided. Dress comfortably, and allow yourself time to settle in silence prior to the beginning of the class.
Doors open at 6:45pm and meditation begins at 7:00pm.
