Take a deep dive with Island Health’s Innovation Lab as they share their 3-year journey to establish an Innovation Lab in a publicly-funded health care organization.

Highlights will include the path from grassroots advocacy to inclusion in the strategic plan; creating and hosting Code Hack, Island Health’s inaugural hackathon; and bringing design knowledge and intrapreneurship into health care.
