Half-day course ~ How To Survive The Holiday Season
Overview
Christmas can be a wonderful time of year – spending time with loved ones, practising generosity, and appreciating the kindness of others. However, we know that for some, it can be stressful – sometimes noisy, hectic, and a little overwhelming. Spending time with the people we care about can be challenging and can sometimes test our patience!
In this half-day meditation workshop, you’ll discover positive ways of thinking to help you stay calm, centred, and joyful over the holiday period. Learn how to manage holiday stress, be patient in challenging moments with your loved ones, and carry a sense of peace throughout the season.
This course takes place in the serene, spacious, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. Between sessions, enjoy complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions.
No previous meditation experience is needed. Everyone is welcome! There is a half-hour break, where a variety of complimentary refreshments are offered, including coffee and tea.
