Description

Join Katherine Roy of the Workers Arts & Heritage Centre for a Bike Tour of industrial and labour landmarks of Hamilton's North and East End neighbourhoods. Learn about the factories and neighbourhoods where workers worked, rested, rallied, worshiped and played in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Tour leaves from the Workers Arts & Heritage Centre. Saturday tour begins at 2:00 pm.

This bike tour is part of the weekend program Ambitious City Stories, which also includes a Handmade Marketplace, and two presentations of Sweat, an a cappella opera for nine singers by Juliet Palmer and Anna Chatterton about the global garment industry.
