Description

The GTA and North Hand Interest Group, Hands On Toronto, is inviting health care practitioners with an interest in hand therapy to a specialized education and networking session on Hand Anatomy & Function.

Our guest speaker and educator for the evening is Honoured Hand Therapist & Associate Professor Emeritus Pat McKee, OT and Author of "Orthotics in Rehabilitation: Splinting the Hand and Body" and many journal publications. Pat has generously offered her time in person for this event!

Internationally, Pat is known as an ergonomics and orthotics expert and has taught orthotic workshops in many countries. She has produced orthotic fabrication videos that are now used at several universities internationally. She is the creator and founder of Anatomy Softwear International, Inc.

Participants will receive an Anatomy Softwear Glove and draw the muscles onto their glove. In addition, all participants will get two months of free online access to the instructional videos and be able to earn a certificate for 2 hours of continuing education. The online value for this learning system is $29.99 USD.
