Start with Strength and train mobility. Start with the basics and play with the handstand. Train for function and fun with bodyweight skills

About this Event

Join us in class at 12:00 EST for a simple, strong and fun bodyweight exercise practice. Follow along with the family and us online as we warm up, slow down and prepare the body for movement with strength. Follow along with skills and drills for strength and stretch suited for beginners and utilized by the professionals.

Tell your friend, bring your partner and share with the family. There is something for everyone in this practice. Celebrate the fun and skill development and explore the creative possibilities to move and feel strong in your home.

We will put the coffee on or enjoy from one of the many cafes on the street. Practice the basics and enjoy your healthy active lifestyle with fun for function.

Lauryn and Ian have been hand-standing for 6 years. We have learned many techniques to include and tips to avoid in your bodyweight practice. Slow down and stay strong and work on shoulder mobility and the endurance of straight and bent arms.

Learn the basics like crawls for coordination and to build the strength to challenge your skills from there. Balance on hands, and balance on your toes, strengthen the entire body without a single piece of equipment.
