Now, she leads change in an evolving industry as Director for Sun Life Financial’s Digital Transformation Office

Dan Sinai

Dan Sinai is currently IBM Canada’s Senior Innovation Leader and Executive Director for their Canada Research and Development Centre.

As Senior Executive at IBM Canada, Dan leads the company’s innovation initiatives across the country linking IBM Technology and our clients to start up and scale up companies. Dan leads a team of Business Development executives and manage three of IBM Incubators in Toronto, Hamilton and Calgary.

Prior to joining IBM, Dan served as Western University’s Associate Vice-President (Research) since 2010. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Dan has held various key research administration positions with both the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. He also has extensive R&D program and policy experience and has worked for several high technology companies.

Tyler Bryden

Founder: Speak AI and Corporate Trainer & Curriculum Developer, Fanshawe College

Tyler Bryden is a graduate of Western University and Fanshawe College where he studied interactive media and the effects of evolving technology in people’s lives and businesses. In 2015, Tyler started his first company SixFive to help businesses and nonprofits amplify their story and drive support, leads, and sales through marketing, analytics, and corporate training.

Seeing gaps in his own personal and professional life, as well as his clients at SixFive, Tyler incorporated a second company called Speak Ai. Tyler and the Speak Ai team have launched and continue to develop a platform that extracts insights from audio, video, and text to help people and teams communicate better both online and in the real world.

A passionate speaker, psychedelics advocate, and avid learner, Tyler is carrying on his mission to make a better life for himself, his clients, the community, and the world.

Mike Picard

Founder: EzoTech

Mike is a self-taught hacker, internet cartographer, and entrepreneur with a passion for pushing technological boundaries.

Through his efforts in internet cartography, vulnerability research and security testing, Mike has provided services to fortune 500 companies and international government agencies. His career as a penetration tester and vulnerability researcher shifted, when he founded EzoTech and set out to create Tanuki, an automated penetration testing platform, powered by machine learning.

With his intimate knowledge of exploitation and his extensive exposure to the underground hacking scene, Mike brings forth the perspective of a blackhat hacker gone data scientist.
