A 6 week session of yoga with Alison Quinn RYT 200. Gentle to mid-paced classes focussing on strength, stability, and mobility. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you might need. Remember to dress comfortably for movement and to bring water. All levels of experience are welcome!
