On behalf of the HCM Leadership team, I am pleased to present you with an opportunity to be a sponsor of the 5th Annual HCM Invitational Golf Day in support of Make-A-Wish, Southwestern Ontario. The event will be held at Glen Abbey Golf Club on June 11, 2022.

This annual appreciation event will bring together the HCM team for an exciting day of golf and an opportunity to build relationships.

In addition to the sponsorship packages we are requesting a donation of a prize for our raffle. Your generous donation will be added to our raffle table with all proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish foundation of Southern Ontario to make a sick child’s dream come true.
