Event description
Embark on a leading edge exploration to liberate our ancestors and ourselves through sacred ritual, meditation and self-compassion practices

About this Event

Come and join us on this profound journey towards self-mastery and a joyful union with our authentic selves.

In this retreat we focus on creating a safe and nurturing space to let go of that which no longer serves us. An invitation to slow down, to connect to our roots, and to our authentic truth and purpose that brings us here to this beautiful planet .

Humanity is on a shared journey. One that connects us through similar joys, sorrows, celebrations, disappointments, trauma, pain, healing and even miracles. When we are not experiencing a life of flow, joy or happiness there may be something deeper coming up to be embraced and integrated so we can truly live the life we desire.

The ancients knew that what holds us back from living our greatest life was the trauma we experienced in our past. Science has now come to the same conclusion through what they call transgenerational epigenetic transmission of trauma. What this means is that not only can we be held back by our own traumatic experiences, but that we can also be affected by the challenges, and blocks that our ancestors faced as they moved through life. The ancient wisdom traditions knew this and practiced ancestor liberation processes for centuries.

In this retreat we will continue this tradition of healing our ancestral lineages and therefore freeing ourselves and our families through mindful awareness, compassionate presence, and the therapeutic power of cutting edge spiritual technologies such as the unity bubble and the quantum healing keys and the sacred geometry healing chamber. Each participant will be receiving their very own unity bubble. Please go to www.unitybubble.com to learn more.

In this 7 day retreat you will:

  • Learn the essential techniques of mindfulness practices such as Vipassana as taught by the Buddha as well as the 4 noble truths, the 8 fold path as well as the 7 factors of enlightenment.
  • Learn the science of mindfulness and its ability to relieve stress in the body.
  • Experience the Unity Bubble and The Transmission of the Flow
  • Experience the sacred geometry healing chamber, a sacred space for clearing emotional blocks as well as move through sacred mystical processes to heal our inner wounds.
  • Participate in sacred rituals to liberate and heal our ancestral lineages, by guest teachers from the vedantic and indigenous wisdom traditions.
  • Participate in group healing exercises, meditations, and zen art painting facilitated by celebrated artist and mystic Shonette Carson.
  • Enjoy crystal bowl healing baths, yoga, Qi Gong, and guided mindful walks in the forest.
  • A special 7 direction fire ceremony, traditional pipe ceremony and healing workshops by traditional counselor, helper, and social worker Shore Charnoe and her partner Richard Szponarski.
  • As well as two dinner theatre events with special guests from the Buddhist and Christian Traditions.
