Health Sector Response to Changing Workplaces Review

The broad aim of this forum is to develop a health sector response to the Interim Report of the Changing Workplaces Review, one of the most important health reports to come out in Ontario in the last two decades. The findings of this report will have a significant impact on the health of all Ontarians, due to the potential ramifications on the social determinants of health, namely employment and working conditions.

At this forum, we will examine the history, current activities and future goals of the Decent Work and Health Network as well as analyze the contents of the released Interim report. We hope that through discussion, we will be able to formulate a health sector response to address the recommendations in the report, as well as highlight any gaps that must still be acted on.
