This series of classes is a blend of Owner Andrea Potter's most popular nutrition-focused classes from the Eating Clean Series and of Guest Instructor Ellexis Boyle's cooking classes. Ellexis blends her technique-focused baking classes from previous series into new 'Plant-Based Baking 1&2'. These newly revised classes get to the heart of 'how-to' vegan and healthier baking for the home cook, both beginner and more advanced.
Andrea's fermented food and beverage classes are back!
All classes in this series are plant-based. That means they are vegan-friendly (note: some baking classes may have honey). If there is an option of dairy or eggs, there will also me an alternative available.
These classes are a good fit for you if:
'Organic' is an automatic preference or requirement for you.
You are vegan or vegetarian and interested in learning how to wow your friends with seriously sophisticated but 'unrefined' foods.
You are including more plant foods in your diet for nutrient-density or ethical reasons.
You, or someone you love to cook for has allergies which restrict refined sugar, meat, eggs, wheat or dairy.
Already practiced at conventional baking and cooking, you want to move the the next level, learning how to substitute common ingredients.
As a total newbie in the kitchen, you are attracted to eating wholesome foods and want to get some real-life experience with new ingredients.
