Join the Healthy Cooking sessions: work in a team to prepare a delicious and healthy meal.

About this Event

What To Expect at a Healthy Cooking Session

  • Help prepare an easy, healthy and budget-friendly meal in a group
  • Eat the delicious meal you helped prepare
  • Learn hands-on food preparation and cooking skills
  • Socialize and meet new people
  • All experience levels encouraged to attend

Schedule of Meals:

January 20th: Chicken and/or black bean burrito bowls

January 27th: Taco Salad with guacamole and chips

February 3rd: Stuffed Peppers + Side Salad

February 10th: Buddha Power Bowls

March 2nd: Mediterranean Power Bowls

March 9th: Sweet Potato and/or Chicken Tacos

March 16th: Pesto Pasta Dish + Side Salad

March 23rd: Turkey or black bean burgers with roasted potatoes

Refund Policy

  • 24-hour notice prior to event is required for refunds

While we take precautions to keep ingredients separate, food prepared in our kitchen cannot be guaranteed to be allergen free. This includes not being free of cross-contamination, regardless of if any allergens are present in the ingredients.
