About this event
Our interactive workshop will cover a range of topics related to cultivating healthy lifestyle habits, including tips on grocery shopping, nutritional intake, and physical activity. We will explore the health and wellness-related benefits of healthy eating and regular exercise, and provide recommendations and guidelines that you can incorporate into your day-to-day life. Additionally, we will delve into how you can implement our suggestions in light of the 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic. The final portion of the workshop will feature a Q&A session.
