Healthy Relationships Series III
How do we maintain healthy relationships and grow within ourselves? This four-part series explores how to navigate our healthy relationships, and maintain our wellness and personal development.
This new series will have four sessions over the month of May and will focus more on personal development and how we can become the healthiest versions of ourselves. When we are the healthiest version of ourselves, it is then when we can have healthy relationships with others!
Over the next four weeks we will discuss these important topics:
- Goal setting for Healthy Relationships,
- Healthy Communication: How to Say and Get What you Need,
- Commitment and Compromise: Being True to Yourself and Your Partner and Plans and
- Ambitions: Future Planning in Relationships.
Join us Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for discussions on these important topics.
The session is held in a confidential zoom space, with counselors available to provide individualized support.
