Healthy Whole Food Cooking Class to Support Detoxification

Join Sharlene Styles, Holistic Nutritionist, Lifestyle Coach and Yoga Teacher for a fun evening of cooking and learning. Sharlene's quest is to demonstrate that eating healthy can be simple, delicious and nutritious. She will inspire you to become more creative and adventurous with your cooking while teaching you how to use fresh, seasonal, organic, nutrient-rich healing whole foods that will change the way you eat and feel.
You'll learn how to quickly prepare delicious healthy foods that support natural detoxification, help you lose weight, increase your energy, and make you feel great. All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, preservative-free and processed sugar-free.
This whole foods participatory cooking class will be held at the quaint Greystone Manor, around the Bed and Breakfast's kitchen island.
Your evening will include:
- copies of all recipes
- a fun interactive cooking lesson
- organic ingredients used (when possible)
- food tasting of all recipes made in class (1 appetizer, 4 main entree's + 1 dessert)
