McMaster University's Equity and Inclusion Office (EIO) Presents Human Rights, Equity, Accessibility, Respect Toolkit (H.E.A.R.T.) 2019 Fall Workshop Series.


Space is limited so registration is required. H.E.A.R.T. is offered in the Fall and Summer terms. 
Complete 5 workshops for a Certificate of Attendance or complete all 8 workshops for a Certificate of Completion. Workshops must be completed within a 2 year period to qualify for a certificate.


An Introduction to the Duty to Accommodate

Description: Learn about the “duty to accommodate” in the classroom and workplace and about key terms such as “reasonable” and “undue hardship”.
