Transform your stress: The Resiliency Advantage

Lifestyle or career changes, illness, and injury are common causes of stress. But did you know that everyday hassles such as driving, waiting in line or too many emails can also contribute to stress and have an impact on your health?

Stress affects people physically, mentally, and emotionally. Relieve stress anytime, anywhere, and feel better in the moment. This free course introduces the HeartMath system of breathing techniques and a heart rate variability tool that can help you manage life's challenges and improve overall health, emotional wellness, and resilience.

The HeartMath approach to stress management introduces you to tools and techniques to help you increase coherence. These tools include the inner balance app or emWave desktop software which can help you to learn and practice techniques like the Quick Coherence Technique.

This free workshop will be taught by Sarah Cole, BSW, RSW, an Alberta Health Services certified HeartMath instructor.

Registration for these workshops is through Eventbrite. Use the link provided to access the event page and to register with the given password.
