The Fear-Less Triple P seminar will introduce parents and caregivers with key anxiety management strategies.

Triple P - Positive Parenting Program

Topics covered during this seminar:

  • Understanding anxiety
  • Setting a good example
  • Promoting emotional resilience in children
  • Flexible and realistic thinking
  • Avoidance and exposure
  • Managing children’s anxiety
  • Constructive problem solving

This session will be facilitated online via Zoom and you will receive a link the day before the session takes place.

Presented by:

Lisa Whitney and Donna Cree are Community Program Coordinators with York Region’s EarlyOn Child and Family Programs.

Supporting and strengthening the connection between EarlyON programs and community resources including capacity building for staff and families.

As Community Program Coordinators, Lisa and Donna work to build collaborative relationships to strengthen the EarlyON system for children and their families.
