Community Info Session

We cordially invite you , our community members, to take part in an info session to learn more about an upcoming unique and innovative program. hEr VOLUTION Think Tank Accelerator was designed to help support young women from our communities to successfully integrate as contributing members of the society.

Refreshments will be provided! We look forward to see you!

About this hEr VOLUTION Think Tank Accelerator:

hEr VOLUTION Think-Tank Accelerator is designed to support and nurture young women 15 to 18 years, in conflict with the law by providing an informative, hands-on and supportive environment during the critical stages of starting new endeavors.

Through hEr VOLUTION Think Tank Accelerator, we are going to invest in young women at risk of being in, or in conflict with the law through employable skill building opportunities. This project provides mentoring, business education, website development and the chance to gain employable skills crucial in today's marketplace.

Participants will have direct access to hands-on business planning activities such as:

  • forming of a business plan,
  • marketing plan,
  • financial planning and forecasting,
  • coding for the web development and
  • presentation skills.

The goal is to increase the chance that young women in or at risk of being in conflict with the law, will succeed in their chosen career in relevant industry.

By doing this we will increase economic development through assisting young women with gaining innovative skills necessary to become and stay employed in their chosen industry.
