The Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre (TCCC) is a community based charitable organization working to preserve, foster and share the rich and distinct Tibetan culture in Canada.  Since opening its doors the TCCC facility has undergone extensive change from an industrial lighting factory to a community gathering place for over 25,000 visitors of Tibetan and non-Tibetan descent.

Our programs and services are managed under the following core areas:

    • Social: programs to assist newcomers integrate; hosting social gatherings and sporting events to promote unity and inclusivity.
    • Health: meditation, yoga, philosophy classes, recreational activities and healthy living workshops to support physical and mental wellbeing.
    • Heritage and Education: cultural festivals, language instruction (Tibetan and English), performing arts classes, literacy and numeracy skills development for learners of all ages.
    • Events and Special Services: guest speakers, annual fundraising ‘Gala Dinner’ and public use of space for a various purposes (such as concerts, weddings, corporate events, conferences, birthdays, etc.)

We are currently renovating 13,200 square feet of existing space into a fully accessible facility which will result in the creation of a multi--purpose hall; an assembly room; four classrooms; and the establishment of the first Tibetan-Canadian Museum which will cost approximately $2.3 million.   Donations gratefully appreciated.  For more information please visit www.tcccgc.org
