Bring your friends along to this small exclusive event hosted by Monica Tang of Level V Bakery, and indulge on dainty delicious vegan desserts and pastries that are of the extraordinary and outstanding savoury items prepared by Tommy Nguyen.

We will be serving 3 types of teas, 6 sweet desserts, and 2 savory items


- Pomegranate Rose Macaron (gf) - french macaron with pomegranate molasses and rose water
- Chocolate Mousse (gf) - aquafaba mousse with fresh raspbrries and coconut cream
- Coconut Hojicha Mochi Muffin (gf) - chewy and crunchy muffin with hojicha from Whisk Matcha
- Buttermilk scone - classic scone served with peach passionfruit jam and coconut cream
- Hazelnut Croissant - "nutella" filled croissant and hazelnuts on top
- Blueberry Lavender Donut - blueberry cake donut with a lavender glaze


- King Scallops (gf) - pan seared king oyster mushrooms with (edamame, basil and cashew) puree, and garnished with mushroom bacon, cherry tomatoes, and radish.
- Tofu Taro Halo (gf) - crispy tofu nugget with taro ring, roasted winter squash, and cauliflower.
