Description

Kick your workouts into high gear with HIITuesdays at the Peristyle in New Orleans City Park. High Intensity Interval training is one of the most efficient ways to burn calories in a short amount of time. HIIT uses varied functional movements at various intensities to boost your heart rate.

No matter your experience level, this is a fun new way to sweat for you. Switch up your routine and challenge your mind and body. Each month, from May to October a new instructor will show you the ropes, literally in some cases. Keep your workouts fresh and learn something new each month from their varying styles.

May you'll get HIIT with Jerren Pierce of Equip Fitness.

June you'll sweat it out with Brooke Baker of Higher Power NOLA.

July you'll work it out with Daymian McGuire of Body B Fit.

August you'll be put to the test with Raschad Kelly of Equip Fitness.

September Jessica Cambra Windham, owner of Camp Sweat LLC, will keep you on your toes.

October, Jerren Pierce will be back to close out the series.

All you need to bring is water to stay hydrated and a towel.
