About this event
Join us for a space for reflection on the Hold These Truths play, Gordon Hirabayashi’s significance for the present day and what can be done to strengthen inclusion and address racism. Our goal is to build from, share and amplify existing work to address racism.
Serena Mah will be emceeing the panel. The Panelists attending are Aya Fujiwara: historian and the Director of Prince Takamado Japan Centre for Teaching and Research, Paul Fujishige who is the President of the Edmonton Japanese Canadian Association, and Renee Vaugeois, the Executive Director of the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights.
