HIT Unconference is a new initiative to boost entrepreneurship and career development in Health Care technology. The event will be held on the 22nd of February, 2017, in the hub of life science, medicine and technology: University of Toronto's McLeod Auditorium in the heart of the Discovery District of Toronto.
Participants register their talk, demonstration, workshop and the like, so the schedule of the conference would thus populate a month beforehand with content that is entirely decided by the audience of the conference. Poster boards, stands and a 500-seat auditorium will be available for reservation in due time. Registration link will be put online as soon as registration opens on January 22nd.
In addition, the event will be featuring two keynote speakers to speak in the McLeod auditorium as well as a panel discussion on ‘Science to business’, where you will learn from entrepreneurs who once started off as a biomedical graduate.
HIT Unconference will also feature a networking area and Lunch 'n Talk opportunity for visitors to have their lunches with the keynote speakers and panellists.
