THE HOLDING OTHERS ACCOUNTABLE TRACK
This Others Track Training is based on The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Amazon.com Bestselling book, How Did That Happen? Holding People Accountable for Results the Positive, Principled Way. For any person who has some result that is important to them / their organization and there are others that you need to hold accountable to ensure the result is achieved, this workshop is for you! This training provides a powerful guide and tools for anyone, at any level of the organization to effectively holding others accountable for results in a positive, principled way.
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is targeted to Executives & Leaders, Managers, Supervisors and any Individual Contributor who has Key Expectations that they need to reliably and predictably deliver on successfully.
What You Can Expect To Learn:
The central feature in this training is The Accountability Sequence model, which consists of two parts: the Outer Ring and the Inner Ring. The Outer Ring describes how to effectively ESTABLISH (not just HAVE) expectations that we hold others accountable to fulfill. The Inner Ring addresses how to manage UNMET expectations in a way that will turnaround performance and help others achieve the result. The entire training concentrates on increasing both individual and organizational capability for fulfilling Key Expectations -- where failure to deliver is not an option.
