Holiday Recharge Yoga with Lyndsey

Lyndsey Bajer will be teaching a yoga class to refresh and recharge the mind and body.

It's far more than yoga. It's about connecting with ourselves AND each other.

It's about taking a moment for ourselves and connecting before the hustle and bustle of the holidays. It's about getting inspired and experiencing more peace and mindfulness in our lives.

Join us for yoga and a cup of tea afterwards. Let's build community through yoga.

Class runs on Monday evenings in December from 7-8:30pm. December 5, 12 and 19th.

Individual Classes: $13 for community league members, $17 for non-members.
