Holy Communion Service at St. John Chrysostom Parish
Event Information
About this Event
Holy Communion Service Registration at St. John Chrysostom Parish - Due to capacity restrictions for gatherings in York Region, registrations will be limited to a maximum of 10 parishioners. One ticket is required per person.
*IF YOU REGISTER FOR MORE THAN 1 COMMUNION SERVICE DATE AND TIME THE 2ND REGISTRATION ONWARD WILL BE CANCELLED. We do this because space is limited and multiple registrations take away the opportunity from your fellow parishioners to also participate
We regret that we cannot allow for seating in the pews (sanitization issues) or for anyone to stay after the Communion Service. We are limited to 10 ppl in the church at any one time. If you stay the next group cannot come in.
Registration For Holy Communion Service is Mandatory. Doors will open in 20 minute intervals to allow registrants to enter the church and will be locked once the Communion Service begins. Please arrive on time. Parishioners arriving late will not be allowed entry. Seating will not be required. Parishioners will be led to the alter and asked to stand for the duration of the service. Facial masks must be worn at all times and MUST cover your nose and mouth. Please do NOT remove or lower your mask while standing directly in front of the Priest or Deacon. The Host must be consumed while at the altar. DO NOT carry the Host out of the church. Washrooms are closed.
Once the Communion Service begins, late registrants will NOT be permitted into the church.
Washrooms are NOT available.
Please note that every reasonable precaution has been and will continue to be taken by St. John Chrysostom to protect your health and safety. However, there can be no guarantees of complete protection as there will always be risks of contracting viral infections through large gatherings.
