Description

Homeschool Art & Clay Day 2019!

Homeschool Art & Clay day has been combined into a full day of art programs for families wanting to get out of the house and be creative! Art Gallery of St. Albert provides educational art programs instructed by professional art instructors right in the heart of downtown St. Albert. Our not for profit art programs are perfectly designed for children who are 5 to 13 years of age. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay and learn right along side them!

For 2019, a unique selection of art and clay programs will take place once per month on either a Tuesday or Thursday in the Pottery and Multicraft Studios. For the month of June we will have famous artist inspired programs taking place every Tuesday.

10:30 to 12:00 - Clay Program (check project listings for further details; regular fee of $15.00)

12:00 to 1:30 - Lunch Break (Pack a picnic lunch or eat at the many fabulous downtown restaurants before visiting our other Art and History locations: Art Gallery of St. Albert, Musee Heritage Museum, St. Albert Grain Elevator Park or Father Lacombe Chapel)

1:30 to 3:00 Art Program (check project listings for further details; regular fee of $12.00)

Fee: $25.00 per child per day (SHINE members save $5.00 with promo code!)

PLEASE NOTE: Parents with children 7 years of age or younger and without older siblings, are asked to stay and assist their children during the program. Older students may attend without parental supervision but instructors must have emergency cell phone numbers if parents should choose to leave during a program. Parents are not to drop children off without first signing in with the instructor at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of each program. We also request that parents return for their children 15 minutes prior to the end of the program in case they have completed their artwork early. If we do not receive registrations for at least 10 students, we will email a cancellation notice and refund your fees.

NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM TAKING PLACE. Please contact shannonv@artsandheritage.ca to see if there are more spots available even if "sold out" or "sales ended" as there may be last minute cancellations.

SORRY BUT WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING SINGLE CLAY OR ART CLASS BOOKINGS IN 2019.
