Honoring Professional Mentors is a special celebration of the people who make the Skills for Change Mentoring Program possible—our mentors.

For more than 30 years, the program has connected internationally trained professionals with established mentors, helping newcomers navigate their job search, build networks, and realize their career potential in Canada. This event shines a spotlight on the mentors whose time, expertise, and encouragement change lives every day.

Throughout the evening, we will:

Celebrate mentors’ contributions to building inclusive, welcoming communities
Highlight the transformative impact of mentoring on professional and personal growth
Recognize mentors as true Professional Motivators who inspire confidence and open doors for newcomers
