The Salvation Army recognizes that poverty is a critical issue, and that everyone has the right to access basic necessities such as nutritious food, health care, education and economic opportunity.
HOW TO GIVE
There are multiple ways to support The Salvation Army through the Hope in the City Leadership Breakfast: by sponsoring the event and marketing your company, by making a donation and receiving a charitable tax receipt, by purchasing a table and bringing guests to hear our story.

Danielle Strickland is passionate about caring for fragile communities around the world. This appetite for social justice has led her to back alleys and late night street corners to partner with Jesus in rescuing those struggling with drugs, homelessness, prostitution and despair. Her aggressive compassion has been a force for change in the halls of government and the corridors of commercial power.
She is committed to seeing laws changed and practices transformed so that women and children are no longer trafficked or enslaved.
