The 2026 Hot Chefs & Cool Jazz Gala, in support of Culinary Team Canada, returns to the Fairmont Pacific Rim on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Join us for an unforgettable evening as 20 of British Columbia’s leading chefs come together for one night only. Guests will enjoy live chef-attended cooking stations featuring exclusive, event-only culinary creations, thoughtfully paired with premium wines. The evening will be set to the smooth sounds of live jazz and expertly guided by our Master of Ceremonies, Dawn Chubai.
We are thrilled to welcome back the Miles Black Quartet. With over 40 years of professional experience, Vancouver-based composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist Miles Black brings world-class artistry to the stage.
Meet the new members of Culinary Team Canada as they prepare for their journey to the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and the 2028 Culinary Olympics in Germany.
All proceeds from ticket sales directly support the team’s training, development, and international competition goals.
The Gala’s host, Chef Scott Campbell, brings an unparalleled legacy to the event. As former Team Captain of Culinary Team Canada (2005–2006), he led the team to gold medal victories at the World Culinary Olympics, with additional national gold and silver wins throughout his career.
